ABOUT BUSHRA RAHMANI

I make complicated products
easy to understand.

I write the content, run the engine behind it, read the performance data, and use it to make the next decision better.

Good friction

The best work starts with a good argument.

I work best with marketing leaders who have a point of view and are willing to challenge the first answer. The best work I’ve done began with someone saying, “This isn’t good enough.”

THE STORY IN THE WORK

A career built around clarity.

What does the buyer need to know, and what’s the simplest way to say it?

Every company I’ve worked with had more useful material than they realised. A customer story nobody had written up. A product detail that answered the exact objection sales kept losing on. Most of my job in B2B SaaS and enterprise tech has been finding those things and making them easy to use.

WHEN CONTENT STOPS PULLING ITS WEIGHT

More content won’t fix a muddled story.

Most content problems are clarity problems first.

The message is too broad. The buyer’s question is buried. The experts are telling different versions of the story. The library keeps growing, but you can’t always see which pieces are creating the right conversations or whether the work is doing more than keeping the calendar full.

That’s the point of friction I like to work in. I bring the story, the structure, and the operating discipline together so content can help the right buyers take the next step, give sales something useful to carry forward, and make the work easier to evaluate.

HOW I MAKE THE WORK COUNT

EVERY PIECE HAS TO EARN IT’S PLACE

A brief, page, or campaign takes time and money. I use four questions to decide what deserves the team’s attention.

01

Does it start with the buyer’s problem?

Start with the situation they are actually in, not the language Shakespeare wished they used.

02

Will the experts stand behind it?

The product team and the marketing team need to be telling the same story. I get close to the source, test the language, and keep the nuance that makes the offer credible.

03

Can the team use it beyond launch?

The best asset does gives sales a useful follow-up, or gives the next piece a head start, or makes the existing library stronger.

04

Will we know if it helped?

Set the signal before publishing: the response, conversation, or next step that shows the work is doing its job.

WHEN I’M MOST USEFUL

When the business has outgrown the old story.

I’m most useful when the product is changing, the audience has moved, or the team has more content than clarity.

01

Companies mid-transformation

Align the message across products, teams, and the website so buyers do not have to decode the business.

02

A library that needs to work harder

Find what to refresh, connect, retire, or turn into something the sales team can use.

03

Teams where content reports to pipeline

I’d rather be accountable to a number than praised for a blog post.

04

Expertise stuck inside the company

Shape specialist knowledge into content that buyers can understand and act on.

“The job is finding the version that’s both true and readable… and refusing to buy the second by giving up the first.”
